FRONT DESK

Front Desk Supervisor

Direct activities in front desk and Guest Service areas in absence of Hotel Operations Manager
Assists in training of new staff members in these areas
Completes and transmits daily reservation reports
Attends BEO meetings for upcoming events
Assist Sales & Wedding Teams with bookings for groups
Reading and helping to execute group contracts
Pre Blocking and entering rooming list
Assist with monitoring extranet & rates
Entering Wholesaler reservations & Billing for Direct Bills
Handing VIP bookings from start to finish
Monitoring Overbookings & managing room bookings

Reservation Coordinator

Direct activities in front desk and Guest Service areas in absence of Front Office Supervisor
 Assists in training of new staff members in these areas
Completes and transmits daily reservation reports
Attends BEO meetings for upcoming events
Assist Sales & Wedding Teams with bookings for groups
Reading and helping to execute group contracts
Pre Blocking and entering rooming list
Assist with monitoring extranet & rates
Entering Wholesaler reservations & Billing for Direct Bills
Handing VIP bookings from start to finish
Monitoring Overbookings & managing room bookings
Posting advance deposits & monitoring cancellations
Handles guest problems in a friendly and courteous manner
Assists shift with balancing out procedures
Works as a front desk employee, including checking guests in and out
Performs other duties as assigned, requested and deemed necessary by management

Front Desk Agent

Assist with monitoring extranet & rates
Entering Wholesaler reservations & Billing for Direct Bills
Handing VIP bookings from start to finish
Monitoring Overbookings & managing room bookings
Posting advance deposits & monitoring cancellations

 

Food & Beverage

F&B Manager

Regular attendance at team meetings is mandatory.
Order beer and liquor for all bars on property.
Create innovative and attractive bar menus for each outlet to reflect the unique theme and nature of each venue.
Maintain adequate stock and inform the Food and Beverage Director of any equipment needs.
Maintain budgeted liquor and beer costs within the parameters of the working budget.
Maintain a guest comment reader board and review with all staff.
Oversee payroll for all restaurant and bar staff.

Cooks

Inspect, clean, disinfect and sanitize food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
Transport empty, dirty pots and pans to the pot wash station.
Cook with total adherence to established recipes and techniques as directed by the Lead Cook, Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and/or Executive Chef.
Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils.

Security

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
Answer alarms and investigate disturbances

Housekeeping

Housekeeping Supervisor

Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.
Confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and to discuss company policies.
Establish and implement operational standards and procedures for the departments supervised.

Housekeeper

Makes sure all assigned areas of the hotel are clean, neat, and tidy, including any indoor household cleaning and organizing tasks assigned by the employer.

Vacuuming, dusting, laundry, mopping and waxing floors and changing and laundering linen.
