OPEN POSITIONS:

HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT

Housekeeper/Maid (Full time, Part time, Seasonal, & Year round)

Makes sure all assigned areas of the hotel are clean, neat, and tidy, including any indoor household cleaning and organizing tasks assigned by the employer.
Vacuuming, dusting, laundry, mopping and waxing floors and changing and laundering linen.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT

Servers

Take food orders and relay orders to the kitchen so they can be filled.
Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions.
Monitor food preparation or serving techniques to ensure that proper procedures are followed.
Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to make conversation.
Actively look for ways to assist people.
Be aware of others' reactions and understand why they react as they do. 
Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and guests’ concerns are addressed.

Server Assistants

Load trays with accessories such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments.
Polish dishes, kitchen utensils and equipment.
Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions.
Stack dishes for return to stewarding after meals are finished.
Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to make conversation.
Actively look for ways to assist people.
Locate items requested by guests.
Serve ice water, coffee, rolls, or butter to guests.

Host-ess

Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
Provide guests with menus and Restaurant amenities, such as newspaper.
Assign guests to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings

Security

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.

Answer alarms and investigate disturbances

Bartender

Greet customers, give them menus, and inform them about daily specials
Take drink orders from customers
Pour wine and serve draft and bottled beer and other drinks and beverages
Mix drinks according to recipes
Check identification of customers, to ensure that they are of legal drinking age
Clean bars, tables, and work areas
Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
Manage bar operation and order and maintain liquor and bar supplies

Night Cleaner

Cleaning of operation in all food and beverage areas after hours. 
Responsible for all proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment in the outlet kitchens, food production and storage areas.
Maintains cleanliness of all floors mats, ovens, vents, and kitchen equipment throughout the back of house.
Other deep cleaning projects and cleaning of the public space required from time to time.

FRONT OFFICE

Shuttle Driver (Part time & Seasonal)

Convey passengers to and from predetermined locations
Assist passengers in loading and unloading their luggage into the vehicle
Answer passengers’ questions in a polite and gentle manner
Maintain constant communication with the dispatcher or manager

SPA

Massage Therapist

Perform massage therapy & body treatments in accordance with spa procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Prepare treatment rooms as described in operations manual or as instructed.
Clean treatment rooms after treatments.
Attend and participant in company meetings and training programs.
